Overview
This standard is about managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating activities to support the delivery of operations, services and projects. You identify relevant stakeholders, gather and analyse information and coordinate activities in ways that support shared priorities, expectations and outcomes. You communicate clearly, promote inclusion and dignity and support stakeholders to work together effectively. You monitor progress, assess operational challenges, business goals and changes in conditions and respond or escalate concerns when required. You apply relevant leadership, management and stakeholder-engagement theories to strengthen collaboration and coordination over time.
This standard applies to managers and leaders at all levels across all sectors.
Performance criteria
You must be able to:
- Identify relevant stakeholders and determine the information needed to coordinate activities effectively and support shared priorities and outcomes.
- Gather and analyse information from relevant sources to understand dependencies, risks, opportunities and stakeholder expectations.
- Communicate and adapt your communication and behaviour in ways that uphold dignity, inclusion and stakeholder participation when discussing activities, priorities and expectations.

- Evaluate dependencies that may affect coordination and take proportionate action to maintain progress.
