Overview

This standard is about translating organisational strategy into achievable actions to support effective planning and delivery. You determine the information you need, analyse strategic priorities and evaluate their implications for your area of responsibility. You break strategic objectives into actionable tasks, contribute ideas that support organisational outcomes and collaborate with colleagues to shape
realistic plans. You communicate in ways that promote inclusion and shared understanding, apply relevant leadership and management theories and support colleagues to implement agreed actions.
